I will forward on the details of the faults with your model to our factory quality control so that they can take steps to avoid such problems moving forward and thank you for taking the time to give such a detailed description (including the very helpful photos) of the problems you have had.
We will be happy to replace the faulty model for you. If you would like, you can pop back into the ... Games Workshop with the faulty model and they can replace it for you. Alternatively, if you confirm a delivery address we can post you out a replacement model.
